Автоматическая машина для склейки и фальцовки серии TB состоит из трех секций: секции вакуумной подачи, секции склейки и фальцовки, секции счетчика и штабелера. Частотно-регулируемый двигатель с качественным инвертором регулирует скорость. Система управления с помощью ПЛК и сенсорного экрана обеспечивает простоту эксплуатации и стабильную работу. Средняя скорость составляет 200 листов/мин. Энергосбережение и высокая скорость, экономия трудозатрат.
Секция подачи
● Вакуумная подача для легкой подачи картона, балка подачи бумаги регулируется электрически.
● Применены качественные электромагнитные муфта и тормоз, секция подачи управляется независимо, легко в эксплуатации.
● Регулируемое колесо для биговки, подходит для картона толщиной 2-8 мм.
● Второе бигование может повторно пробиговать картон, который был плохо пробигован.
